This patient presented with a compromised dentition requiring a comprehensive approach to restore function and establish a more predictable long-term restorative foundation.

Following treatment planning, five Sweden & Martina Prama implants were strategically placed to support the planned rehabilitation.

The postoperative panoramic radiograph demonstrates the implant distribution following placement and represents an important first step in the overall rehabilitation.

This is only the beginning of a long treatment journey involving multiple clinical dynamics, healing phases, and continuing treatment plans. Each phase will be evaluated and adapted as the case progresses toward the definitive restorative outcome.

For me, cases like this are about planning beyond implant placement. Implant position, distribution, available anatomy, and the final prosthetic objective all need to be considered from the beginning.

The goal is not simply to place implants—it is to create the foundation for a functional, maintainable, and predictable final restoration.
